Bait & Switch on the App store?

Has anyone seen this app drop to free since last night when it first started appearing on Appshopper.com in the "Popular" section? I've tried about ten times in the last 24 hours since it showed up as free, and yet, every time I go to the App store, it's still $1.99.

Strangely enough, last weekend the same thing happened (all weekend) with an app by the same developer (Zhong), called Dream booth.

What do you think? Bait and switch or glitch?
